Experience places like a local

Travelbeikaffee.com came from two main passions: travelling and coffee. I thought to myself, "I love to visit places and I often drink a lot of coffee while I'm there, immersing myself in the local community through the coffee shops, so why not write about how I travel?".

Travelling can be expensive and I am not flush with cash, so this is how I squeeze every last drop out of a place that I visit.

The blog is starting out as an enjoyable side project to my regular work as a musician, but hopefully it will grow to influence people to think about how they interact with places they travel to and not just stick to the obvious areas or play it safe. Or at the very least, it will just be a place to vocalise my thoughts and be interesting for people to hear how I approach travelling!
